HEXAGRAM 36 OF 64 EARTH OVER FIRE

DARKENING OF THE LIGHT

明夷 Míng Yí

darkened light, injury, hiding one's brilliance, persecution, inner light in dark times

ROASTIE

Darkening of the Light. The sun gone down into the Earth, the light wounded, hide your brilliance and endure. The book pictures a good person in a bad regime. You pictured yourself, which is adorable. Your brilliance is not being persecuted, sweetheart. It's being ignored, which is a different hexagram, and you threw this one on purpose. Ya roasted!

THE JUDGMENT

The light is wounded. It profits to stay firm and correct through the hardship.
