HEXAGRAM 46 OF 64 EARTH OVER WIND

PUSHING UPWARD

升 Shēng

pushing upward, steady growth, effort rewarded, a tree from the earth, the south

ROASTIE

Pushing Upward. Wood growing up through the Earth, steady effort rewarded, see the great man and don't worry. The book means a tree. Slow, from below, no shortcuts. You wanted an elevator. You're going to grow exactly as fast as a tree grows, and you're going to check every morning like it's a package. Ya roasted!

THE JUDGMENT

Great success. See the great man and have no anxiety. Advancing to the south brings good fortune.
